The World

Major Arcana

This is tarot, a different tradition from astrology. The card is drawn at random: nothing in the sky chooses it. It is a prompt for reflection and it predicts nothing.

Traditionally read as completion: a cycle finished, effort brought to a whole, and the sense of belonging to something larger. It is associated with fulfilment, integration and the point just before a new cycle begins.

Reversed

What the tradition associates with this card when it falls the other way up.

Reversed, traditionally read as something almost finished: a last step left undone, a loose end, a completion that does not yet feel complete. It is associated with delay near the end and with shortcuts taken to reach it.
