The Tower

Major Arcana

This is tarot, a different tradition from astrology. The card is drawn at random: nothing in the sky chooses it. It is a prompt for reflection and it predicts nothing.

Reversed

What the tradition associates with this card when it falls the other way up.

Reversed, traditionally read as an upheaval that is delayed, softened or taking place inside. It is associated with a structure that is changing slowly instead of all at once, and with putting off an admission that something no longer stands.
