Nine of Cups
Minor Arcana · Cups
This is tarot, a different tradition from astrology. The card is drawn at random: nothing in the sky chooses it. It is a prompt for reflection and it predicts nothing.
Reversed
What the tradition associates with this card when it falls the other way up.
Reversed, traditionally read as satisfaction that does not quite arrive. It is associated with having what was wished for and finding it thin, with indulgence, and with contentment sought in things outside oneself.
